Ring of Honor will be airing a new show on Wednesdays!

The promotion announced that their new show, Wildcard Wednesday, will air on their Youtube and HonorClub channels. The online series will host random multi-person tag team matches each week. The twist? The partners will be determined randomly.

This means that rivals such as RUSH and ROH World Champion PCO could end up teaming together. Based on the information from the ROH website, their doesn’t seem to be anything at stake during these random tag team matches so this seems to be a show in the vein of AEW Dark or WWE Main Event.

The first set of matches for Wildcard Wednesday will take place at Bound By Honor on Feb. 28 in Nashville, Tenn., and Gateway To Honor on Feb. 29 in St. Louis, Missouri. As of this writing, there’s no word on what time the online series will be begin.

ROH is currently going through a huge transition as the company recently added Marty “The Villain” Scurll on their creative team. A 16-woman Ring of Honor Women’s World Championship tournament and the return of the Pure Championship has been confirmed under the new creative team. We’ll keep you updated on the situation regarding these major events.
