Another newcomer will fight in the upcoming ROH Women’s World Championship tournament as Tasha Steelz is confirmed for the 16-woman tournament.
The 31-year-old has previously competed under the Ring of Honor banner, as Steelz fought for an opportunity at the Women of Honor World Championship at the Summer Supercard of Honor event. While the New Jersey native gave a valiant effort, Steelz would ultimately lose to then champion Kelly Klein.
However, Steelz is arguably one of the best female talents on the independent scene as she’s fought in numerous promotions such as NWA, Prime Time Pro Wrestling, Chaotic Wrestling, Impact Wrestling, and House of Glory. Steelz is a former CW Women's Champion, IWF Women's Champion, and BCP ICONS Champion.
Steelz will join Session Moth Martina, Angelina Love, Jenny Rose, Sumie Sakai, Nicole Savoy, Kellyanne, and Katarina in the 16-woman tournament that begins at Quest For Gold in Philadelphia on April 24.
