This past Wednesday, Darby Allin surprised many when he came out to help Cody Rhodes after the AEW Executive Vice President lost to The Blade and The Butcher.

Despite being allies with The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Dustin Rhodes, and Adam Page, all three men are pre-occupied at the moment with their ongoing feuds in AEW, thus the reasoning why the 34-year-old is currently stuck to fend for himself.

Many wondered why the former EVOLVE star came to the aid of the Georgia native and now, Allin has revealed why he’s decided to help out Cody Rhodes, making it clear that he's looking to rectify his decision loss against Rhodes at Fyter Fest:

There’s no word on when the duo will team up to fight The Blade & The Butcher; however, it should be a fun tag team match when it does happen.
