A last-minute change has taken place for UFC 247, as James Krause will now take on Trevin Giles. Following the weigh-ins of Friday morning, Antonio Arroyo was transported to the hospital due to cramping up after the ceremony.

Going into his middleweight bout tonight, Giles is in need of a win as he’s currently in the midst of a two-fight losing streak. It’s been nearly three years since Giles won a fight inside the octagon, as the Texas native was riding a strong 11-fight winning streak before losing to Zak Cummings at UFC Newark in May 2019. Giles’ professional record currently stands at 11 wins and 2 losses.

Krause enters the contest on a hot streak, as the middleweight is on a six-fight winning streak. Krause has defeated Daron Cruickshank, Shane Campbell, Tom Gallicchio, Alex White, Warlley Alves, and Sérgio Moraes. The Ultimate Fighter alumni hasn't lost a bout since 2015 against Valmir Lázaro. Krause’s professional record currently stands at 27 wins and 7 losses.

UFC 247 takes place tomorrow night from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas with Jon Jones and Dominick Reyes headlining.
