The Former UFC Bantamweight Champion has been pulled from UFC Fight Night Columbus due to some health problems.

As first reported by ESPN, Garbrandt is currently in a New Jersey hospital dealing with kidney problems. The bantamweight himself states that he started suffering from flu-like symptoms and eventually began pissing blood. Garbrandt is going to be transported to a Cleveland hospital for further testing.

The 28-year-old was set to make his return to the octagon for the first time since his fight against Pedro Munhoz at UFC 235. Garbrandt is currently in the midst of a three-fight losing streak, also dropping two consecutive losses to T.J. Dillashaw for the UFC Bantamweight Championship.

As for Raphael Assuncao, he’s still scheduled to fight on the card. UFC officials are currently seeking a replacement, though there’s no word on who he could potentially face on March 28. UFC Fight Night Columbus takes place on Saturday, March 28 from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio with Francis Ngannou and Jairzinho Rozenstruik headlining.
