Another fighter has been cut from the UFC.

Earlier in the week, the promotion severed ties with 17 fighters including veteran Ben Saunders. Now, it’s been confirmed by Juan Adams himself that he’s been axed from the promotion as well.

Prior to his exit, the heavyweight suffered three consecutive losses to Greg Hardy, Arjan Singh Bhullar and Justin Tafa. The 28-year-old got his start with the promotion under Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series by defeating Shawn Teed via TKO in the first round. He followed that victory up with another TKO win over Chris de la Rocha at UFC Fight Night Milwaukee.

There’s no word on what the future holds for Juan Adams; however, with several notable promotions such as Bellator MMA and ONE Championship on the scene, then I wouldn’t be surprised if the heavyweight ended up in one of those organizations.
