Jon Jones has officially been sentenced.

The 32-year-old has struck a deal with prosecutors and the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion managed to avoid jail time (Yes, again) as Jones will receive 96 hours of house arrest, one year of supervised probation, a minimum 90 days of outpatient therapy – which will be conducted via video conferencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic – and 48 hours worth of community service, according to a document obtained by MMA Junkie.

The New York native was arrested last Thursday for aggravated DWI, negligent use of firearms, possession of open container, and no proof of insurance in vehicle in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In the released footage of Jones’ arrest, the UFC fighter clearly failed his sobriety test.

Following the announcement of the plea deal, Jones released an apology for his latest brush with the law, stating that he’s disappointed for letting the people he cares about down and promises to work on his “unhealthy relationship” with alcohol. In terms of the UFC, it doesn’t appear that he’ll be punished as officials have remained silent since their brief statement and Jones won’t be serving any type of sentence.
