It doesn’t seem like the NXT champion is in any hurry to be called up to the main roster.

Tommaso Ciampa recently Tweeted out his thoughts about the possibility of heading over to Raw or SmackDown LIVE, “I’m insulted when people refer to me as simply a “wrestler”. I am so much more. I am a sports entertainer. I’m equally insulted when people ask me about being “called up”. NXT is the pinnacle of this industry. I will spend the remainder of my career here proving it.”

Ciampa is arguably one of the hottest acts all in WWE at the moment. The guy is truly fantastic as a despicable heel and his feud with Johnny Gargano is possibly WWE’s best written storyline this year. The "Blackheart" is most likely having the time of his life so it's not a surprise that he’s in no rush to go up to RAW or SmackDown.
