Last week, Triple H teased a big announcement for the weekend's NXT UK TV tapings and, as expected, fans in the UK will be getting the first-ever NXT UK TakeOver show in Blackpool, England.

It will take place in Blackpool on January 12th and is set to air live on the WWE Network. That's a first for NXT UK and tickets went on sale this morning, so you may want to act fast and get them now.

The show will air just one week before the NXT Takeover in Phoenix, which happens to be during Royal Rumble weekend so it will be interesting seeing if WWE is going to be able to avoid the UK show being overshadowed by one which is bound to be far more popular. The first matches are expected to be announced soon, so stay tuned for updates as we're bound to hear more about that soon.
