There were a few surprises at last night's first ever NXT UK TakeOver event, one of which saw the debut of WALTER.

After Pete Dunne managed to retain his title in an excellent match against Joe Coffey, The Austrian powerhouse emerged to grab the spotlight and stepped right up to The BruiserWeight. Though they didn't throw hands, at one point The Iron King attempted to get back into the ring and was met with a massive boot from WALTER, who seems to have staked his claim as the next contender for the NXT UK Championship.

The 31-year-old big man has worked for several different promotions, including WXW in Germany and PROGRESS. He was also PWG champion but recently dropped the title to Jeff Cobb, which first led to speculation that WWE may have scouted him.
