It’s been noted how low Impact’s ratings have become due to their move to the Pursuit channel, and unfortunately, there ratings will go down even lower as
PWInsider reports that AT&T U-Verse has dropped the channel from their lineup after the deal between the two parties expired at the end of last month.
DIRECTV has also dropped the HD version of the Pursuit channel from their lineup. The SD version of the channel is still available. It’s been noted how unhappy Impact officials have been with the network, especially recently due to the blunders during the last few broadcasts.
The lineup listing IMPACT has four 30-minute shows instead of one two-hour show, thus messing up DVR recordings. Recently, the channel aired commercials in place of the main event and aired the previous week's episode instead of the newest episode.
Konnan recently did an interview with
wrestlinginc.com slamming the network and makes it clear that the company is going to find a better channel; however, the Impact talent never goes into details on whether the promotion is indeed in talks with another channel.
PWInsider did report that the company is hoping to secure a network in the fall, but as previously mentioned, there’s no word on whether officials are in talks with any other networks at the moment.
