According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, former Impact Wrestling executive Jeff Jarrett has checked himself into a rehab center that's sponsored by the WWE.

On September 23, Impact Wrestling terminated business from both Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Entertainment. Jarrett has been battling through alcoholism for several months with his most  recent incident the weekend before he was fired from Impact Wrestling.

Allegedly, Jarrett was passed out from drinking in a locker room at an indie show in Canada. Real Canadian Wrestler promoter Steven Ewaschuck told ProWrestling sheet that Jeff showed up to the venue late and appeared to be slightly intoxicated, while proclaiming that his lateness is due to being held up at customs due to an issue (sources would find out later that this was a lie). Ewaschuck claims Jarrett continued to drink and ultimately passed out in the locker room during the show. He had to be woken up during intermission and attempted to wrestle a match for twenty minutes even though it was clear that he was in no condition to wrestle.

His wife Karen has yet publicly comment on this, but we wish the best for Jeff Jarrett in his road to recovery.
