SummerSlam took place this past Sunday in the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. After low attendance figures for its past few PPVs, WWE had a legitimate sellout with 13,500 fans in attendance according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

On Sunday, WWE announced that there were 16.904 in attendance for the PPV.

On that note, early estimates for PPV buys for SummerSlam are said to be around the 19,600 mark. That's not actually a great result, especially when last year's show did 29,900. It's highly unlikely that those 10,000 people have signed up to the WWE Network and surprising considering the presence of stars from the past like Goldberg and Trish Stratus.

What did you guys think of SummerSlam?
