Did We Finally Witness A Roman Reigns Heel Turn During WWE GREAT BALLS OF FIRE Last Night?

The Ambulance Match between Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns definitely seemed to conclude with some very heelish behavior from the Big Dog. Will WWE commit to this moving forward, however? More past the jump...

Roman Reigns has been behaving a bit more like a heel these past few weeks, and that may finally have culminated with a full-on turn during Great Balls of Fire last night. When Braun Strowman won the ambulance match, Reigns attacked him and threw him in the back before crashing the vehicle into a truck, trapping the Monster Among Men until the EMTs could cut him out. Once a bloody Strowman was finally free, he refused medical attention and wandered off.

While it's possible this is simply an attempt to give Reigns more of a edge, attempted murder definitely seems like bad guy behavior, and may signify the heel turn that fans have been hoping to see for a long time. By the same token, Braun winning the match before suffering the crash ordeal and walking away (relatively) unscathed could be seen as a face-move.

We'll have to wait for tonight's RAW to find out if WWE fully commits to any of this, but until The Big Dog actually attacks/betrays an already established face, chances are the company will be happy to keep him in "tweener" mode.
