Enzo Amore Seemingly Confirms His WWE Retirement With A Rather Cryptic Instagram Post

Former Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore was fired from WWE after allegations of a sexual assault surfaced and while it's been a while since we've heard anything about that, he's now confirmed his retirement.

We've heard nothing from Enzo Amore since he was released from his WWE contract back in January and the statement from his lawyer in regards to those assault claims remains his last post on Twitter. However, the former Cruiserweight Champion has now broken his silence on Instagram with what many believe is a retirement post of sorts before he fades out of the public eye.

After all, he's never getting another wrestling job with those allegations hanging over him and with the rape investigation still open, it's fair to say the former WWE Superstar is tainted goods.

If you click on the photo posted by Amore, you'll see that the sneakers hanging up have been tagged with the WWE account so he's clearly finished with the company regardless of whether or not this is a "retirement" post. It's also worth noting that he could be referencing being completely free of the company because his 90 day no compete clause would have actually expired yesterday.
