In the wake of some very disturbing accusations of rape against Enzo Amore coming to light, WWE officially announced earlier today that they've terminated the former Cruiserweight champ's contract.

However, Amore, real name Eric Arndt, has denied the allegations.

Enzo just released the following statement from his legal representative via Twitter:



Amore's accuser Philomena Sheahan has also followed up her initial Tweet with a TMZ interview that sheds some more light on her account of what happened.


Horrible stuff indeed. If Amore is found guilty, he could be looking at some serious jail time.
