Here's Yet Another Update On The Possibility Of Pentagon And Fenix Heading To WWE

Lately, we've been hearing a lot about Pentagon and Fenix possibly making the leap to WWE (something which would make a lot of wrestling fans very happy indeed) but this latest update sets the record straight.

There have been a lot of conflicting reports about what the future holds in store for Pentagon and Fenix and the signs have all been pointing to them arriving in WWE. Or not. According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, both men have started making commitments to promoters for next year and that officially closes the door on either of them signing with WWE.

Things are complicated by them both being under contract to Lucha Underground but once they're free from that, the popular wrestlers can go anywhere they like...it just won't be WWE, it seems.

This is a great shame as it would have been a lot of fun seeing them mix it up with NXT and WWE talent but now that Indy wrestlers can make just as much out in the world without working 300+ days a year for WWE, the desire to sign with the world's biggest wrestling company no longer appears to be there for some.
