It Appears As If 205 LIVE Star Rich Swann's Days Are Numbered With WWE

Last year, former Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann was indefinitely suspended by WWE after being charged with battery and false imprisonment. Now, a new report points to his time with the company being up.

On December 9th, last year, Rich Swann was arrested in Florida after an altercation with his girlfriend led to him being charged with domestic battery and false imprisonment. Needless to say, WWE wasted no time in indefinitely suspending the RAW and 205 Live Superstar and made it clear in a statement that, "WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence."

Well, despite the fact that Swann has reportedly reconciled with his partner, the company is said to be leaning towards releasing him from his contract after conducting their own investigation.

They reportedly believe that this isn't the first time he may have got physical with her and even if she doesn't want to proceed, there are enough independent witnesses that the state of Florida will more than likely move ahead with prosecuting Swann. As a result, the only chance he now has of not being released is if all charges are dropped but even then it still seems highly unlikely now.
