Despite several WWE Superstars recently going into quarantine amid concerns that they may have contracted coronavirus, a new report indicates that nobody in the company has actually tested positive for COVID-19.
Even though Dana Brooke, Bobby Lashley, Rey Mysterio and Murphy have all been self-isolating for the past few weeks after showing symptoms, Dave Meltzer has been told that none of them have the virus and will, presumably, be able to return to action soon.
Because most of the WrestleMania matches have already been pre-taped, we probably won't see any of them compete this weekend - although Lashley's match with Aleister Black is expected to air live.
Stephanie McMahon recently laid out the measures WWE is taking to prevent the spread of coronavirus during an interview with Sports Illustrated:
“We’re shooting in waves. No one person, regardless of who they are, is allowed to enter if they have a temperature of over 100.4, or if they have been out of the country or been in touch with someone who has been out of the country. We also do pandemic-level cleaning, which includes fogging and ultraviolet light, in the facility every single night.”
Roman Reigns has pulled out of his Universal Championship match against Goldberg, but as far as we know that is the only major change to the show. At any rate, we don't have too much longer to wait until we find out!
