During last night's episode of WWE Backstage, Jeff Hardy confirmed that he has now been officially cleared by the company, and that's why he's been backstage at SmackDown in recent weeks. Now, he plans on being a different version of himself in 2020.

Apparently, his knee injury was a blessing because it gave him time to spend with his father (who has been dealing with health issues). Hardy also talked openly about being arrested for DWI and public intoxication last year, and confirmed that he's spent some time in inpatient rehab as a result.

Jeff was also asked about his brother Matt's future, and confirmed that they haven't actually spoken since his WWE contract expired over the weekend. Finally, he expressed his excitement about stepping back into the ring, and named Roman Reigns as a possible opponent.

Are you guys excited for Jeff Hardy's WWE return?
