TMZ Presents: The Real Hulk Hogan was recently rushed out to reflect on the life and career of the late WWE Hall of Famer, but it attracted some big names, including former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.

As well as arguing that Hogan was not a racist, the billionaire was critical of how WWE booked the Hulkster's appearance during the first RAW on Netflix (where he was booed heavily by fans while promoting his beer brand).

Now, Jim Ross has chimed in with his review of TMZ Presents: The Real Hulk Hogan and shared a blunt assessment of McMahon's first on-camera appearance in quite some time.

"I thought he looked horrible. He, meaning Vince," Ross shared. "I thought he looked tired, withdrawn, and it had me concerned. Whoever did his makeup should be fired. He just looked withdrawn and so old. His eyes tell a big story. To me, he looked tired and a little frustrated. The hair thing was one issue that caught my eye, having his eyebrows colored, another thing that caught my eye."

"Maybe he just like one of those deals where you agree to do something, and then you start doing it, and then you start regretting doing it," he mused. "That’s how I felt. I just was surprised that he allowed himself to be on camera that long and that much of that one single shot."

McMahon has clearly undergone extensive plastic surgery, none of which has worked very well. As for the documentary itself, Ross called it an "interesting little show," but argued that it was a "fluff piece," particularly when it came to Hogan's alleged steroid use.

As for McMahon's controversial take on Hogan not being a racist, Ross said, "I can concur. I never thought Hogan was a racist. I really didn’t, but I’m not defending him in that regard, but I didn’t think he was ever a racist. And we’ve all said things in our in private or in our lifetime that we would like to recant."

"He may have said some racist things, just out of ignorance," he continued, "but he was not, I didn’t ever think he was a racist, but that’s just my take on it."
