John Cena has seemingly broken a contractual agreement between him and Ford; Mr. Cena was chosen from thousands of applicants to purchase a 2017 Ford GT, but wasn't allowed to sell the car for at least two years. Ford says Cena sold the car, of which only 1,000 were built, for high profit.

'Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorized resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to , loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale.' the complaint states.

Ford is asking for Cena to hand over all the profits from the sale and is also seeking damages in their claim.

Cena's response is that he sold the car along with several other property items to pay off his bills.
