As soon as Jason Jordan was outed as the "son" of Kurt Angle, fans turned on the former Tag Team Champion and he was one of RAW's most unpopular Superstars when he suffered a neck injury which brought that storyline to a sudden halt and left him on the shelf for the foreseeable future. Now, we have an update on where things stand with Jordan and it sadly doesn't sound particularly good.

Despite reports that he was actually cleared to complete a couple of months ago, Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com has revealed that he still isn't cleared and that there is no timeline on his return.

Neck issues are always difficult to recover from and Jordan could very well be out of action well into 2019 depending on how quickly - or slowly - he's healing up. With any luck, he will return soon and when he does, it will be as part of a tag team with Chad Gable again (and they will then hopefully become part of "Team Angle" alongside Kurt). As always, stay tuned for updates as we have them.
