RAW Viewership Dropped From Season Premiere Despite An Appearance From Tyson Fury

WWE got some good and bad news following this Monday's episode of RAW. In total, the show managed to draw a total of 2.33 million viewers, a 9.2% drop from the previous week's "season premiere."

So, where does the good news come in? Well, RAW was up against Monday Night Football and the American League Divison Series game between the New York Yankees and Minnesota Twins so the result could have been much, much worse. The show also didn't suffer from a huge third hour drop, probably because fans wanted to see Tyson Fury confront Braun Strowman.

House one of RAW drew 2.44 million viewers, hour two did 2.33 million viewers, and the third hour finished with 2.23 million viewers.

It will be interesting seeing how many fans tune into Friday Night SmackDown this week and whether WWE has any plans to make things right after Hell in a Cell. Right now, they run the risk of losing a lot of the good will they've built up in recent weeks.
