Rhea Ripley is your new women's world champion as she defeated Liv Morgan to win the title on the Netflix premiere of WWE Monday Night Raw!

This feud goes back to an episode of Raw after WrestleMania 38 in April 2022. Morgan and Ripley were a tag team at the time, failing to capture the Women's Tag Team Championship in a four-way against Carmella and Queen Zelina Vega, Natalya and Shayna Baszler, and the winners of the match, Naomi and Sasha Banks. Frustrated with their loss there and on April 18, 2022, Ripley attacked Morgan and would eventually beat her in singles competition on May 9, 2022.

Over the course of the next few months, they had several encounters, including Ripley taking out Asuka and Morgan to win the 2023 Women's Royal Rumble match. Ripley also beat Morgan on the road to WrestleMania 39, and the two found their way back to feuding with each other later in 2023.

Morgan suffered a shoulder injury that was attributed in storyline to Ripley beating her up before their scheduled match, forcing Morgan to sit on the shelf for several months. By the time she returned at the 2024 Royal Rumble, Morgan was building steam for a title shot of her own. Ironically, Morgan would go on to accidentally injure Ripley in a backstage brawl soon after WrestleMania 40, forcing The Eradicator to have to vacate the Women's World Championship she had just won.

The Liv Morgan Revenge Tour carried on as Morgan would win that title from Becky Lynch, steal Dirty Dominik Mysterio and The Judgment Day away from Ripley, and bring back her former two-time tag team champion partner, Raquel Rodriguez, to help fight off Ripley, as the two have been feuding since Ripley was cleared to return several months ago.

Their last title match was at Bad Blood 2024, wherein Rodriguez caused a disqualification. Delaying this title bout since October, WWE had Ripley lead a team at WarGames to beat Morgan's crew, took out Rodriguez in a singles bout and finally came back around to this match.

Here, Ripley was able to recapture the Women's World Championship after two consecutive Riptides (with a third one happening earlier in the bout). Immediately after, Ripley also got a measure of revenge on Dominik Mysterio, who tried to embrace her with a hug, only to get a low-blow kick to the groin for his efforts.

As an extra bonus, as Ripley was heading back up the ramp, The Undertaker made a surprise appearance coming out on a motorcycle in his American Bad Ass gimmick. Taker drove down to the ring, circled it, and came back up the entranceway to give a fist bump to the new women's champion, endorsing her with some of his own mystical aura.

Mami is once again on top, as she should be. So who is next in line to challenge for that title? Who would you like to see Ripley fight at WrestleMania 41? Drop your thoughts in the comments below!
