This might make you laugh.
Recently, Stephanie McMahon caught up with Gary Vaynerchuk on his podcast, and they touched on a number of topics (it's well worth tracking down). Initially talking about the expansion of WWE, Stephanie praised her father's achievements and, in all honestly, there's no denying that they're extremely impressive.
"My dad grew up in a trailer park and he truly lived the American dream and took what was a regional northeast territory and turned it into this global phenomenon that is in 108 countries and 28 languages," she said. "The WWE Network was one of the first to launch an OTT service behind Netflix and Hulu."
Stephanie was then asked if her father listens to the people that give him advice, and it's at this point things got a tad ridiculous. "Vince listens to the fans. He listens to the live audience. He listens to social media. He also listens to our employees. He always said you never know where a great idea is going to come from. He solicits that opinion. He talks to people."
Honestly, that sounds ludicrous, especially when you think back to what happened with the Daniel Bryan situation and how long fans begged WWE to turn Roman Reigns heel...which they've now done a good three or four years later than they should have.
What do you guys think?
