Tamina has been a mainstay in WWE for over a decade now, but she's never held championship gold. That's despite the fact the company has always booked as one of the women's division's more formidable members, but the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka finally got her hands on the gold during last night's episode of SmackDown

She and Natalya finally faced Women's Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the titles, and with Reginald banned from ringside by the referee, things started looking up for the challengers almost immediately.

As the match progressed, Baszler attempted to interfere from outside the ring, only to take a big German Suplex from Natalya on the floor. Back inside, Jax dropped the Queen of Harts with a Samoan Drop, but took a Superfly Splash from Tamina in the process.

With that, the 1-2-3 was counted, and we have new Women's Tag Team Champions!

We don't know where Jax and Baszler go next, but the latter is seemingly being targeted by Alexa Bliss if Monday's episode of RAW was any indication...
