Bray Wyatt returned to WWE as The Fiend shortly before WrestleMania...and not too long after being burned alive by Randy Orton. Despite initially sporting a new look, he was back to normal by the Show of Shows and proceeded to lose cleanly to The Viper after being hit with the RKO.
Alexa Bliss was involved in a distraction finish, but WWE quickly separated them and then teased a return to Bray's roots as that "Mr. Rogers"-style character the next night on RAW.
Well, while Bliss has been tormenting the women's division, we've seen nothing from Wyatt since.
Now, PW Insider is reporting that The Fiend isn't injured and there is, in fact, a reason he's not been featured on TV. "We are told Wyatt has purposely been kept off TV," the site explains. "It is not a case of he has heat for anything as he is well liked. The Randy Orton match, we are told, went 100% exactly as planned."
Wyatt did poke fun at the Zombie Lumberjack match between The Miz and Damien Priest at WrestleMania Backlash last month but has been pretty quiet on social media since.
If we had to hazard a guess, WWE doesn't want Wyatt's role on RAW to distract from what Bliss is attempting, but there are ways around that (like making use of him on SmackDown instead).
It looks like we'll have to wait and see how this one pans out...
