Earlier this week, we learned that The Miz will face rapper Bad Bunny in a singles match during "Night One" of WrestleMania. That came as a surprise, especially as the stage was seemingly being set for a tag team bout also involving John Morrison and Damian Priest (many fans remain convinced that they'll be added to the match in the coming weeks).

Well, according to PWInsider, the reason for this being a singles match is because both Morrison and Priest are dealing with minor injuries.

There's no word on what those are, but Morrison hasn't wrestled since the February 22nd episode of RAW when he lost to United States Champion Matt Riddle. Priest, meanwhile, defeated Jaxson Ryker on the March 15th RAW, but was absent from this past Monday's segment with Bad Bunny.

If both WWE Superstars are medically cleared before the Show of Shows takes place, then it's likely that a change will be made and we'll get a tag team match (which would be better for the Grammy-winning rapper). The change to the match could even happen as late as the Saturday this first night of WrestleMania takes place.

On this Monday's RAW, The Miz and Morrison will unveil their "Hey Hey Hop Hop" music video:
