WWE Champion Randy Orton Makes Fun Of Indie Wrestling And Gets Into It With Bully Ray Over Twitter

Twitter lit up last night after Ohio Valley Wrestling trainer Rip Rogers shared a somewhat accurate, but also narrow-minded critique of indie wrestling, which WWE Champion Randy Orton then seemed to agree with.

Former WWE Superstar Bully Ray, AKA Bubba Ray Dudley, then shared a pic of himself diving just to join in on the fun, and this prompted an unprovoked, and frankly pretty nasty response from The Viper.

Orton then followed up with an "apology" which was actually just more bile and bullshit.  The Champ's antagonistic attitude most likely stems from Bubba breaking Randy's foot during a match back in 2003.

What do you guys make of this situation? Do you agree with the original assessment of the indie scene? Or could the WWE learn a little something from that style, perhaps?
