Trish Stratus retired in 2006 as the Women's Champion but returned to the company a few times in the years that followed. However, it wasn't until the Women's Revolution that she stepped back into the ring for 2018's Royal Rumble match. A handful of bouts followed, with her last match a standout when she faced Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam that same year.
Now, Stratus has taken to Instagram to share a photo that we're sure will bring back fond memories of her time as WWE's most popular Diva. Beyond that, though, she was also an incredible talent in the ring, and it's a real shame that Trish wasn't part of this era of pro wrestling for women.
The WWE Hall of Famer is clearly in phenomenal shape and looks ready to return to in-ring action. WWE's women's division would always benefit from some Stratusfaction, and there are plenty of female Superstars she could give the rub to in matches (we still haven't seen that long-awaited singles bout with Alexa Bliss).
Simply put, Stratus is killing it and, as we noted, it's hard not to look at this photo and be reminded of her much earlier photoshoots as a WWE "Diva." Interestingly, the WWE Hall of Famer explained earlier this year why that was a term she was never on board with when it was used during her career, and you can read more about that here.
