The latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw for August 5, 2019 took place at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— Raw started with a 10-bell salute for those lost in the two shootings this past week.

— Samoa Joe interrupted the opening intro video to lash out at the commentary team about how he's been wrongfully accused of the attack on Roman Reigns.

— Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair defeated Trish Stratus and Natalya by disqualification due to Natalya refusing to let go of Lynch during a rope break.

— Andrade defeated Rey Mysterio by pinfall

— It was shown that earlier in the afternoon, Mike Kanellis won the 24/7 Championship by pinning Maria at her OB-GYN appointment when the doctor turned out to be referee Jessika Carr, in disguise. Right after that, R-Truth pinned Kanellis in the waiting room to win the 24/7 Championship yet again.

— After a promo with Paul Heyman, Brock Lesnar beat down Seth Rollins, who had come out with a chair, ready (in mind, not body) to fight. Lesnar destroyed him. Rollins then cut a promo on how he guarantees he'll beat Lesnar at SummerSlam.

— The Viking Raiders defeated two jobbers (Eric Abraham and Jay Alexander) by pinfall.

— To honor the late Harley Race, a video package tribute aired.

— Drew McIntyre attacked Cedric Alexander before the bell, so their match never officially started. As they fought each other outside the ring, Bray Wyatt attacked the planned special guest referee, Kurt Angle.

— The New Day's Big E and Xavier Woods defeated The O.C. by disqualification when AJ Styles immediately got involved. Ricochet came out for the save and this turned into a six-man tag team match, which The O.C. won by pinfall.

— Samoa Joe went out into the parking lot to confront Roman Reigns about how he wanted an apology. In the process, Reigns' car was hit by another car, but they drove off before anyone saw who was inside. Joe and eventually Triple H and medical staff tended to Reigns.

— Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross won a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match between The IIconics, The Kabuki Warriors and Fire & Desire to become the new WWE women's tag team champions

— The Miz had Shawn Michaels and Dolph Ziggler on MizTV for a contract signing, wherein they duped Ziggler. He will be facing Goldberg at SummerSlam, not The Miz.
