Will Adam Cole win his first AEW title?
It’s been a rough road for the former ROH World Champion. Cole seemed to be on the cusp of winning the AEW World title in 2023 until an injury sidelined him for a good majority of 2024. However, the indie darling is starting to find his groove again following his loss to MJF at World’s End. Cole pinned the TNT Champion this past week on Dynamite, which is no easy feat.
Daniel Garcia has successfully defended the belt four times since he beat Jack Perry at Full Gear. The 26-year-old has even beat two former ROH World Champions: Mark Briscoe and Jay Lethal. Garcia may not have the experience of Adam Cole, but the AEW star has proven that he can hang with the big boys time and time again. Will he add Adam Cole to the list? Or will the AEW star finally capture his first championship in AEW?
It’s far from over between Powerhouse Hobbs and Big Bill as these two beat the crap out of one another during last week’s Dynamite episode. The former TNT Champion pulled out the victory, but Jericho is on a mission to make sure that Hobbs never challenges him for the ROH World title. Hobbs will team with Bandido to take on Big Billl and “Bad Apple” Bryan Keith.
Konosuke Takeshita successfully defended the International title for the eighth time on Dynamite. Now it’s official: Kenny Omega vs. Konosuke Takeshita at Revolution. The International Champion is going in with the advantage as he owns two huge victories over the former AEW World Champion. Now that the highly anticipated rematch is set, Kenny Omega will speak about his upcoming bout on tonight’s episode. What will Kenny Omega say? And will Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita interfere?
