This post will be updated throughout the evening to reflect live coverage of all the important information, noteworthy things that transpire, winners for all the match results, recaps of promo/talking segments and more. Keep refreshing for the most up-to-date results!
Preview & Predictions for AEW Dynamite:
On tap for tonight's episode, Orange Cassidy gets a shot at the AEW International Championship in the series leading up to Revolution, as he faces Konosuke Takeshita with the winner set to defend the title against Kenny Omega at the pay-per-view. I fully expect Cassidy to come up short, as it would be strange for AEW to pivot to a feud between Cassidy and Omega out of nowhere when Omega's been at odds with The Don Callis Family since his return.
There wil be a "bounty match", but don't expect Bryan Keith to beat Will Ospreay, as The Aerial Assassin is one of the golden children of the company these days.
Daniel Garcia and FTR team up in trios action against The Undisputed Kingdom. Place your bets on the former Undisputed ERA trio winning to set themselves up for a shot at Death Riders.
"Hangman" Adam Page will be in action, meaning he's beating whoever they put him up against that they felt wasn't a big enough star to advertise ahead of time. There will be promos with MJF and Swerve Strickland, and it's anyone's guess who wins between Deonna Purrazzo and Harley Cameron depending on where Tony Khan wants to go with either of their pushes.
Here are your results for AEW Dynamite February 26, 2025:
- Cope arrived in an ambulance, signifying that this is where he's going to put The Death Riders.
- MJF was shown getting his ankle tattoo removed.
- "Hangman" Adam Page defeated Aaron Solo by pinfall. After the match, he called out MJF, who came out, cut a promo about their match for Revolution, and walked off. It was then revealed that MJF had attacked Christopher Daniels backstage.
- Bounty Match: Will Ospreay defeated "Bad Apple" Bryan Keith by pinfall.
- Mercedes Mone cut a backstage promo about Momo Watanabe, asking if she showed up tonight or not. Billie Starkz walked over and Mercedes knocked her drink away to spill it on her. Starkz then told Mercedes to watch her back, and Watanabe showed up with a kendo stick. Mercedes ran off, dropping the TBS title belt in the process. Watanabe and Starkz then smiled at the camera that the title looks good on Watanabe.
- The Outrunners defeated The Murder Machines by pinfall. Brian Cage and Lance Archer dominated the whole match, but The Hurt Syndicate came out and the distraction was enough for Turbo Floyd to roll up Archer.
- Promo: Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana spoke about how it's time to regain the AEW World Championship. Ricochet interrupted to say he's done with Strickland and doesn't want to face him again. Nana offers a rematch where the winner will get a shot at the AEW world title, and Ricochet agrees for Revolution. Nana then says that if Swerve doesn't get his robe back, he doesn't think he can do this anymore
- Trios Match: The Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, and Roderick Strong) defeated Daniel Garcia & FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) by pinfall. Adam Cole pinned Daniel Garcia, leading to the announcement that Cole gets a TNT title match at Collision. Garcia and FTR were mad after the match and both teams nearly came to blows again.
- Cope attacked Claudio Castagnoli backstage, leading to a brawl in the ring, where Wheeler Yuta backed up Castagnoli. Jay White came out to help. Cope pulled Marina Shafir in the way, causing Yuta to take her out. Jon Moxley pulled Yuta away to safet. Cope then gave a con-chair-to to Castagnoli and was going to do that to Shafir, until Willow Nightingale came out to do it herself instead.
- Harley Cameron defeated Deonna Purrazzo by pinfall.
- TBD - AEW International Championship Match: Konosuke Takeshita (c) vs Orange Cassidy
