Preview & Predictions for AEW Grand Slam Mexico Dynamite:
On tap for tonight's episode, there will be both a 10-man tag team match and a 12-man tag team match. Given how many people are involved, these are basically just means to have lots of people wrestle on the card without having much story going on. They will surely eat up a lot of time and give many talents a spotlight, but there's almost no use in predicting which side wins, as nothing is on the line. However, I'll go with The Don Callis Family and FTR losing the 12-man with one of the 3 luchadors getting the pin over Hechicero, and The Death Riders & Young Bucks coming out on top of the 10-man tag by pinning Katsuyori Shibata.
Mercedes Mone fights Zeuxis in a bid to win the CMLL World Women's Championship. I think "Timeless" Toni Storm interferes and costs Mone the match, but there's certainly a possibility Mercedes captures yet another championship.
MJF fights Mistico, and I'd be shocked if Mistico lost, unless it is in such a way where MJF cheats and it's obvious Mistico didn't really lose. Kazuchika Okada definitely beats Mark Briscoe.
Lio Rush takes the pin in the 4 Million Pesos High Flying 4-Way match from Mascara Dorada, or this is more about getting heat for Ricochet and he comes out on top by pinning Hologram.
All that and more, as we can expect Thekla to make an appearance at the very least, so check out the results!
