Several matches were announced tonight for All Elite Wrestling's upcoming annual AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view, set to go down May 25, 2025 at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

Previously, the only two bouts confirmed for the show were Will Ospreay against "Hangman" Adam Page and Jamie Hayter against Mercedes Mone for the men's and women's Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament finals respectively. Now, we know two other title matches, as well as a big yearly tradition.

On Dynamite, there was a segment where The Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara) showed some support for Top Flight to go up against The Hurt Syndicate. Top Flight lost, and when Bobby Lashley wouldn't let go of The Hurt Lock, Rhodes and Guevara came out to tell him to let Dante Martin go. Once they let it be known that their intentions were to also go for the tag titles, CRU (Action Andretti and Lio Rush) put their names in the hat as well. MVP decided to put out a challenge that whoever wins between those two teams on this week's Collision (being taped tonight and airing this Saturday) will get a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship at the event. Stay tuned for updates on that front, as spoilers will be posted here on TheRingReport once they are taped.

"Timeless" Toni Storm is going to defend her AEW Women's World Championship against Mina Shirakawa, after the Four-Way Eliminator Match that took place on Dynamite. The match also featured a returning Skye Blue and AZM, who had just beaten Mercedes Mone the other day for the New Japan Pro-Wrestling STRONG Women's Championship at Resurgence. Mone attacked AZM after the match, and Shirakawa had pinned Storm to earn the title opportunity.

Lastly, Samoa Joe lost the main event steel cage match against Jon Moxley due to an interfering Gabe Kidd. All hell broke loose with various heels and faces fighting at the end of the show, ultimately with Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Marina Shafir, The Young Bucks, Gabe Kidd, and Kazuchika Okada all against Swerve Strickland, Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, Kenny Omega, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, and Willow Nightingale (conspicuous by his absense, no Katsuyori Shibata). Out of that melee, Swerve Strickland grabbed a microphone and put out a challenge for an Anarchy in the Arena match. The competitors have not yet been confirmed, but will obviously consist of some collection of those two groups.

All in all, this is the current card for AEW Double or Nothing 2025:

  • Men's Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament Final: "Hangman" Adam Page vs. Will Ospreay
  • Women's Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament Final: Jamie Hayter vs. Mercedes Moné
  • Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) (c) vs. CRU (Action Andretti and Lio Rush) or The Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara)
  • Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: "Timeless" Toni Storm (c) vs. Mina Shirakawa
  • Anarchy in the Arena Match: TBA vs. TBA
