Fans have noticed Bryan Danielson wrestling like a heel on AEW shows in recent weeks, but it appears he underwent a full-blown heel turn during last night's episode of AEW Dynamite

Hangman Adam Page opened the show to celebrate his win over Kenny Omega at AEW Full Gear, but it didn't take long for Danielson to make his presence felt. Several comments made by the former WWE Superstar earned boos from Page's hometown crowd, including the mention of him winning the world title at WrestleMania and then competing the night after on RAW

After insulting Page and even the fans in attendance, the two men brawled before we returned for Danielson vs. the Dark Order's Evil Uno. Again, he wrestled like a heel and later vowed to kick the heads in of every Dark Order member on his way to facing Page.

As a result, Danielson will face Cold Cabana in Chicago (his hometown) during next week's episode of AEW Dynamite. WIth Kenny Omega confirming last night's show that he's taking some time off, it appears the company now has a new top heel in the American Dragon.
