Last night's episode of AEW Collision (July 31, 2025) took place at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois, and featured some pretty interesting things that went down including a title change, a surprising outcome for Max Caster's open challenge, and more.

- The show opened with The Death Riders calling out Darby Allin, who appeared in the balcony, so they went off to hunt him down.
- AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament Quarterfinals Match: Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) defeated The Gates of Agony (Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun) by pinfall.
- Backstage, Shane Taylor confronted Don Callis about some money he owes him. Lance Archer stepped in to protect Callis, who told Taylor to take out Sky Flight.
- Interview: Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong spoke about how The Conglomeration is a lifestyle and he never left the group. Strong was feeling down about Adam Cole. O'Reilly wants to go out again with Willow Nightingale, Hologram, and Tomohiro Ishii.
- Backstage, Darby Allin jumped Jon Moxley.
- Kris Statlander defeated Lena Kross by submission.
- Thekla defeated Willow Nightingale by pinfall. Thekla, Julia Hart, and Skye Blue beat down Nightingale after the match, joined by MegaBad (Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford) as well. Quen Aminata, Anna Jay, and Tay Melo came out with some weapons to run everyone off and The Conglomeration checked up on Nightingale.
- Anthony Bowens and Billy Gunn got into an argument backstage. Gunn says he doesn't even know who Bowens is anymore and that he's going home. Bowens called him a coward.
- Swerve Strickland has officially challenged Kazuchika Okada for a match at Forbidden Door for the AEW Unified Championship.
- AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament Semifinals Match: FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) defeated The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson and Austin Gunn) by pinfall.
- Athena has called for her AEW Women's World Championship match against "Timeless" Toni Storm to take place at Forbidden Door.
- Who Can Survive the Best Wrestler Alive? Open Challenge Match: Max Caster issued his usual challenge and was answered by RUSH, who actually managed to not beat Caster in the five minute time limit. This is the first time Caster's outlasted his competition. Even though he didn't "win" the match, he didn't "lose" it either. La Faccion Ingobernables beat down Caster post-match until JetSpeed and AR Fox made the save.
- Trios Match: SkyFlight (Scorpio Sky, Dante Martin and Darius Martin) defeated Shane Taylor Promotions by pinfall.
- Darby Allin nearly threw Jon Moxley down a fire escape, but officials and security stopped him.
- Chicago Street Fight for the AEW TNT Championship: Kyle Fletcher defeated Dustin Rhodes (c) by pinfall to win the title! After the match, Fletcher attacked Dustin's leg with a steel chair around the ring post.
