AEW Dynamite on 34th Street, airing this Wednesday night on Christmas (December 25, 2024), was actually taped in advance on December 22, 2024 at the Hammerstein Ballroom within the Manhattan Center in New York, New York.

Here are the results for AEW Dynamite this week:

  • AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match: Will Ospreay defeated Brody King by pinfall to score three points.
  • AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match: Ricochet defeated Darby Allin by pinfall to earn 3 points.
  • AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match: Komander defeated Claudio Castagnoli by pinfall (to gain 3 points) supposedly after using some brass knuckles passed to him by Darby Allin. After the match, The Death Riders went on the attack, but even Jom Moxley was taken out at the end by a coordinated effort from "Switchblade" Jay White, "Hangman" Adam Page, and Orange Cassidy.
  • AEW Continental Classic Blue League Match: Kazuchika Okada defeated Shelton Benjamin by pinfall.
  • Toni Storm defeated Taya Valkyrie (with Deonna Purrazzo) by pinfall.
  • There was a backstage promo that furthered the rivalry between Ricochet and Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana).
  • AEW Continental Classic Blue League Match: Kyle Fletcher defeated Daniel Garcia by pinfall. Following the match, Kyle Fletcher and Will Ospreay faced off and got into a fight, ending with Ospreay cutting a quick promo about how he's going to have the fans by his side at AEW Worlds End.

With this in mind, we now know the final tally for the full AEW Continental Classic tournament, which ends up with these standings:

Blue League:

  1. Kyle Fletcher (4-1-0 | 12 points)
  2. Kazuchika Okada (c) (3-1-1 | 10 points)
  3. Mark Briscoe (3-2-0 | 9 points)
  4. Shelton Benjamin (2-3-0 | 6 points)

Gold League:

  1. Ricochet (3-1-1 | 10 points)
  2. Will Ospreay (3-2-0 | 9 points)
  3. Claudio Castagnoli (3-2-0 | 9 points)
  4. Darby Allin (2-2-1 | 7 points)
  5. Brody King (2-3-0 | 6 points)
  6. Komander (1-4-0 | 3 points)

That also means that we know the two semifinals matches for the Continental Classic that are going to take place at AEW Worlds End, which has the following updated card:
