The Owen Hart Foundation tournament continues.
Three Quarter final matches take place in a tournament that will determine the world challengers for All In. In the first match-up, Athena’s favorite minion competes against former AEW World Women’s Champion Jamie Hayter. Starkz is looking to quickly climb the AEW ladder in order to get to Toni Storm, but for Hayter, her journey to the world title is a bit more personal.
Due to nefarious tactics, Storm was the woman who took the belt off of Hayter several years ago. With Toni being the AEW World Women’s Champion again, Hayter wants to get a piece of revenge as well.
In the second Quarterfinal match, The Forever Champ is going one-on-one with Harley Cameron. Athena has not lost a singles match since July 12, 2023. That bout was also an Owen Hart Foundation match; could this be a curse for the “Fallen Goddess”? Or will Athena continue to prove why she’s been the world champion for over 850 days?
The final Owen Hart Tournament match pits the former International Champion Konosuke Takeshita against Brody King. Usually, Takeshita has the power advantage, but Brody King comes in with strength on his side. King has been on the cusp of the main event scene for quite some time and the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament could finally be his breakout moment.
Also, the sick bastards known as Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler speak for the first time since their shocking betrayal on Sunday. The former AEW World Tag Team Champions will explain their disgusting actions against the WWE Hall of Famer.
