Orange Cassidy, Jay White, and Hangman Page need to work together.

Tony Khan has confirmed that the AEW World Champion will be in action this Wednesday, as Jon Moxley, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta will take on Orange Cassidy, Jay White, and Hangman Page in a six-man tag team match. Moxley and PAC took on Cassidy and White on Dynamite last week, but the match ended in disqualification when Page assaulted Moxley. The whole thing broke down to Cassidy, Page, and White fighting amongst themselves.

Last week established that it was every man for himself At World’s End. But Wednesday, Orange Cassidy, Jay White, and Hangman Page need to work together if they expect to have any chance at beating The Death Riders. But since White and Page are coming off an extremely personal rivalry, and Cassidy doesn’t see eye to eye with both men, will The Death Riders get the easy win off the three challengers for AEW World title?

But that isn’t the only tag match that’s been confirmed. Hook will finally get his chance at revenge against Christian Cage as the AEW star will team with Katsuyori Shibata to take on Nick Wayne and the former TNT Champion.

Hook has been running wild this past few weeks over what The Patriarchy did to his father a couple of months ago. Now that the 25-year-old has a golden opportunity to send Cage out of Dynamite on a stretcher, will Hook be able to avenge the vicious beatdown of his father? Or will his emotions cloud his judgment and cause his team to lose?

We’ll find out this Wednesday! The holiday bash is shaping up to be something special, especially with a first-time match between Will Ospreay and Darby Allin taking place. Check out the advertised card for Wednesday’s show:

  • AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match: Will Ospreay vs. Darby Allin
  • AEW Continental Classic Blue League Match: Shelton Benjamin vs. The Beast Mortos
  • TBS Championship: Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Anna Jay
  • MJF to speak
  • The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & PAC) vs. Orange Cassidy, Hangman Page, and Jay White
  • Hook & Katsuyori Shibata vs. Christian Cage & Nick Wayne
