Yes, AEW's Saraya Really Was Fined - And Not Just for Calling Fans "T*ats"

More details have emerged about All Elite Wrestling star Saraya reportedly being fined for using profanity on Dynamite, and it seems she may also have been reprimanded for something else..

This past Wednesday on AEW Dynamite, Saraya and her Outcasts allies Ruby Soho and Toni Storm made their way to the ring to address their detractors, and the artist formerly known as Paige cut a promo that seemingly cost her a bit of cash.

Saraya took to Twitter shortly after to reveal that referring to certain fans as "neckbeard, smelly tw*ts" did not go down too well with the office, and she had been fined.

Some felt this might be a work, but Fightful Select has now confirmed that Saraya really was fined an undisclosed amount of money for her use of profanity - and flipping off the crowd as she made her way to the ring!

Saraya has been doing this ever since she turned heel, so we're a little surprised to hear that it's something the higher-up frown upon. Jon Moxley bleeding like a stuck pig every week is fine, but seeing a middle finger is really gonna traumatize the younger viewers!

Saraya debuted to a huge reaction, but fans did seem to turn on her pretty quickly, and the decision was made to switch her heel and give her a stable.

AEW's Women's Division is... not in the best shape, so hopefully this feud with Britt Baker (DMD) and Jamie Hayter will result in some solid storylines.
