Tom Lawlor was able to overcome the likes of Low Ki and Jimmy Havoc; however, CONTRA Unit member Jacob Fatu was too much for “Filthy” to handle.

Ever since making his debut with the controversial group earlier this year, Jacob Fatu has been a force within Major League Wrestling, and last night at Kings of Colosseum, the CONTRA Unit member officially became the MLW World Heavyweight Champion.

Fatu pinned Lawlor with a pop-up Samoan Drop followed by a top rope moonsault. This is the first MLW World Heavyweight title reign for Fatu.
