We’re less than a month away from AAA Lucha Libre’s debut at Madison Square Garden and the promotion has announced the first two matches for the event.

In a TripleMania XXVII rematch, Blue Demon Jr. is set to take on Dr. Wagner Jr. in a Mask vs. Hair match. Back at the big show on August 3, the two Luchadors had a bloody bout that ultimately saw Dr. Wagner Jr. lose and forced to cut his hair. Now, both rivals are set to clash again in a match-up that's about revenge for Dr. Wagner Jr.

As for the second confirmed bout, Tessa Blanchard will defend the Reina de Reina (Queen of the Queens) Championship against Taya Valkyrie. The third-generation wrestler won the title for the first-time in her career in a wild TLC match at TripleMania XXVII. Valkyrie is looking to capture the belt for the third time in her career.

More matches are set to be announced in the upcoming weeks of the “Invading NY” show at Madison Square Garden on September 15. Tickets are now on sale for both the New York and the Los Angeles events and may be purchased at the box offices or online in Spanish or English at luchalibreaaausa.com, or at ticketmaster.com, or msg.com.

Both events will be available live PPV worldwide on FITE through streamed video on demand via iOS, Android mobile, Apple TV, Android TV, ROKU, and Amazon Fire, or from all cable and satellite TV providers on pay-per-view.
