On the recent episode of The Road To Double or Nothing, it was announced that the Over the Budget Battle Royale would be making its return to the pay-per-view event.

In the first Battle Royale that took place at All In, Flip Gordon secured the victory and won a ROH World championship match against Jay Lethal.


Cody has announced that there will be an incentive for the winner of the match, although he has yet to reveal what it will be. Sonny Kiss, Kip Sabian and Brandon Cutler are the only participants confirmed for this match at the moment.
