In the second A Block tournament match of the evening, former NEVER Openweight Champion Evil faced off against Bullet Club’s Bad Luck Fale.

The match-up was a back-and-forth slug fest between the two New Japan talents until a referee bump took place near the end of the bout. Evil tried to take advantage of the situation by bringing two steel chairs into the match and wrapped one around the BC’s member neck; however, as the Los Ingobernables de Japon member grabbed the second chair, Fale nailed Evil with a low blow.

Fale would then use the chair to his advantage and then hit his finisher, Bad Luck Fall. He was able to score the pinfall moments later.
