The Sons of Texas are going to the Tokyo Dome!
Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara won a hard fought match at Final Battle; It was a very personal rivalry against The Righteous and both teams weren’t afraid to get violent throughout the match. As Dustin and Sammy held their belts high following their victory, New Japan’s favorite faction interrupted and made a challenge to the ROH World Tag Team Champions.
It didn’t take long for Sammy and Dustin to respond.
Though Dustin and Sammy are barely on AEW television, the two stars have been working their butts off down in Ring of Honor. The duo beat The Undisputed Kingdom in August and have kept those belts for 127 days.
The House of Torture are no strangers to being champions as SHO & Yoshinobu Kanemaru have won the NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team titles on two separate occasions. The Wrestle Dynasty show is shaping up to be something special, though most of the matches have Wrestle Kingdom implications such as Zack Sabre vs. Ricochet; where it will be for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship if Sabre retains the night before.
Check out the updated match-card below:
- Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Ricochet (will be for the IWGP World Heavyweight championship if Sabre retains vs. Shota Umino at Wrestle Kingdom)
