Dustin Rhodes will remain All Elite!
Since making his debut for AEW back at Double or Nothing in May, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion has showcased that despite being at the tail end of his career, he's arguably in the best shape of his life. Rhodes had a fantastic match against his brother at DoN and had a very good showing against The Bucks at Fight for the Fallen.
AEW has confirmed that Dustin has signed a multi-year contract extension; The former WWE star will also join the coaching staff as a Promo Coach and Match Producer as well. This is a strong acquisition for AEW as the wrestling veteran has been in the business for 31 years, thus Dustin knows the ins and outs of this business and can easily help season young upstarts.
There’s no word on when Dustin will return to the ring as he’s not scheduled to compete at All Out this weekend. He’s also not advertised for any of the AEW television shows in October.
