Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore has spilled more secrets regarding his time in WWE on the ‘Keepin It 100 With Konnan’ podcast, as the former WWE superstar revealed that he could’ve been fired in 2017 if he ignored Vince McMahon’s orders during a segment with the Miz (transcript courtesy of wrestletalk):

“They put me in the ring with The Miz who aired me out on all the dirt sheet articles that had been coming out about me, and they just had The Miz bury me and I was told I couldn’t say a f*cking word back, or I’d be fired so, if I said something, I would’ve gotten fired.”

The segment in question saw the former Intercontinental champion bring to light the rumors regarding Amore being kicked off the bus, and then proceeded to bury the former Cruiserweight Champion:

It’s been no secret that Amore had tremendous heat backstage with Vince McMahon and WWE officials, and the former Cruiserweight Champion was walking a tight rope before being fired over the sexual assault allegations that were made against him early last year. Check out the full podcast where Amore reveals his favorite time in the WWE, and much more.
