Japanese legend CIMA is officially a member of the AEW roster.

On the recent episode of Being The Elite, The Young Bucks confirmed that the former Dragon Gate star would be joining the company.

CIMA is the company president of Oriental Wrestling Entertainment, a promotion that has a partnership with AEW, and is scheduled to appear at AEW Double or Nothing, teaming with two members of the OWE roster to take on SoCal Uncensored.

CIMA was a main stay in Dragon Gate since 1997. The Japanese professional wrestler remained with the company for nearly 22 years and managed to capture the Open the Brave Gate Championship, Open the Dream Gate Championship, Open the Owarai Gate Championship, Open the Twin Gate Championship, and the Open the Triangle Gate Championship multiple times.

Once CIMA left Dragon Gate, he formed his own promotion, Oriental Wrestling Entertainment, which as previously stated, is in partnership with All Elite Wrestling.
